Ashley leads tax compliance, projection, consulting and assurance projects for companies operating in the real estate, commercial and professional services industries.
Additionally, Ashley provides tax planning and consulting services to high net worth individuals related to understanding and planning for federal and state tax implications including advising on their charitable gifting strategies.
Prior to joining Toole Katz & Roemersma, LLP, Ashley was a manager at a top 15 U.S. national accounting firm in the Firm’s real estate group.
Ashley is a member of the Virginia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
Ashley is a CPA, received her Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond.

Adam leads tax business advisory projects for a range of client, including real estate developers, owners, operators, and investment funds.

Adam is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Virginia Society of CPAs and the Urban Land Institute.
